My role: Led research, design, prototyping, and delivery of C&As annual employee engagement campaign.

Impact: 65% of C&A employees (32,615 employees) participated, up from 47% (20% industry standard) and over 1 million Euros donated to organizations focused on creating a better world. 

The campaign won the 2018 Employee Engagement Award.
