My healthcare, retail, and government work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. Over the years, I’ve led teams across healthcare, technology, and mission-driven organizations, helping translate complex goals into operating models and workflows that actually function in practice.
I tend to gravitate toward problems where decisions matter, constraints are real, and failure shows up downstream as cost, delay, or missed outcomes. Much of my experience has been shaped inside large, regulated systems—where ambiguity, handoffs, and manual work create risk—and reinforced through building and advising early-stage products and teams.
Across roles and contexts, my focus has stayed consistent: reduce unnecessary friction, improve the quality and speed of decisions, and help organizations move from well-intentioned strategy to durable execution.
That combination of system-level perspective and hands-on building is what I bring to the work.
