About Finava: AI-native SaaS platform automating income verification and eligibility decisioning for Medicaid and Charity Care programs.
Team: Founder-led; I lead UX and product, build the platform with AI-assisted development tools, build relationships with partners, and incorporate feedback from financial assistance executive and desing leaders.
Scale: Pre-seed MVP.

My role: Designed and built the end-to-end business case, product strategy, and financial model for Finava, demonstrating how automated document ingestion, OCR-based extraction, normalization, and auditable decisioning reduce manual effort, decision latency, and administrative cost while improving access and compliance.

Impact: POC and MVP complete. Pursuing letters of interest and active engagement from health system partners to pilot and evaluate Finava as part of Medicaid and Charity Care workflows, validating the platform’s operational and financial value.
